The Panasonic HDC-HS300 is a new digital camcorder featuring three 1/4.1in CMOS sensors and each one has 3.05-megapixels  with touchscreen LCD.  It also features 7.95-megapixels still images.  It offers a 120GB HD for 15 hours of video footage.
